Buyer questions

What types of SaaS businesses will be listed?

B2B and B2C software businesses with recurring revenue, from micro-SaaS to established companies. Listings will be published as sellers are approved. Join deal alerts to hear when they open.

How will listings be checked?

Every listing will be reviewed before it is published, and each figure will be labeled by source: connected billing or accounting data, or the seller's own statement. Treat anything not connected as the seller's representation and confirm it in diligence.

What does it cost buyers?

Browsing, deal alerts and access requests are free. We do not sell early or priority access to listings.

Do you help with financing?

SaaSClose does not lend money or arrange financing. Many small acquisitions combine buyer cash, an SBA 7(a) loan and seller financing. SBA rules change often, so confirm current requirements with a lender.

How long does an acquisition take?

It varies with size and complexity. Industry sources report typical timelines of roughly two to six months from listing to close, and longer for complex deals.
